Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Maintain equipment and building systems (HVAC, pumps, plumbing, electrical)
• Install/replace lighting fixtures; painting in corridors and rooms
• Inspect machinery, run tests, diagnose issues with the maintenance team
• Uphold structural integrity; keep guest spaces safe
• Communicate with the Senior Operations Manager and guest-experience team
• Schedule may include nights/weekends/holidays; overtime

🎯 Requirements

• Previous hotel engineer or maintenance in apartments/offices
• Comfortable with mobile tech and learning new systems
• Flexible schedule; available for emergencies
• Multi-task; work independently and with a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing certifications a plus; lift 25–50 lbs
