Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Performs routine maintenance support of production equipment and machine building.
• Troubleshoots and repairs equipment electrical and/or mechanical malfunctions.
• Performs electrical, mechanical, carpentry, plumbing and pipefitting work associated with equipment
• Assists in building new production equipment according to blueprints and schematics.
• Responds to written work orders and communicates with operators and other technicians regarding
• Performs preventative maintenance per schedule; may train or be trained.

🎯 Requirements

• Two years technical trade school and four years practical experience, or six years practical
• Prior experience in PLCs, PLC programming, and ladder logic.
• Experience with HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting and testing.
• Work experience with electrical wiring of mechanical equipment.
• Solid knowledge of electrical circuits, simple relay logic, 24-volt systems.
• Solid knowledge of proper functioning and repair of AC/DC motors.

• Base hourly range: Level II - $29.00/hour-$33.00/hour / Level III - $34.00/hour to $38.00/hour
