Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks.
• Repair or replace hardware on doors, cabinets, fixtures.
• Troubleshoot and fix electrical components (bulbs, switches, wiring).
• Assemble, move, and install equipment.
• Address urgent issues such as leaks and unsafe conditions.
• Document facility deficiencies and complete work orders.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years in building maintenance.
• Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting skills.
• Strong problem-solving and communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Certificate in building maintenance is a plus.
