Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Maintain rental properties in peak condition across sites.
• Maintenance: perform routine and emergency repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Turnovers: prepare vacant units for move-ins (make-readies).
• Inspections: conduct move-in/out and onboarding audits.
• QA: audit work completed by external vendors.
• Field Ops: manage service tasks via mobile apps and notices.

🎯 Requirements

• HVAC Type II Certification required; Universal Certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Comfortable using mobile apps for work orders and communication.
• High school diploma or GED.
