🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years maintenance experience
• Proficient in two trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry)
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts
• Reliable transportation for after-hours on-call responses
• Comfort with physical activity and moving heavy equipment
• English reading/writing/speaking required
