• Assist with on-call emergency maintenance as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years hands-on maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).
• General computer skills, including operating a mobile device.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently.
