📋 Description

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Complete basic apartment turns to prep units for move-in.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, basic electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• May train other Maintenance Technicians and support skill development.
• May assist with vendor quality and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Work varies by team skillset, community needs, and season.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in at least two trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry).
• Flexible schedule incl. evenings, weekends, and on-call.
• Reliable transportation to respond to emergency requests after hours.
• Comfortable with physical activity and moving heavy equipment.
• English reading/writing/speaking required.
