📋 Description

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Use AIR's technology to prioritize tasks and resolve requests.
• Perform basic apartment turns to prep for new residents.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• May train other technicians and support skill development.
• May assist with vendor quality and move-in/out inspections.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in facilities/building environment.
• Proficient in at least two trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts (monthly).
• Reliable transportation to respond to after-hours emergencies.
• Comfortable with physical activity and moving heavy equipment.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
