🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years hands-on maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
• General computer skills, including mobile devices.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving.
• Superior customer service; ability to handle difficult customers.
• Ability to work independently.
