🎯 Requirements

3+ years apartment/residential maintenance experience
EPA certification (Type II or Universal) and HVAC troubleshooting/repair
Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
Able to work independently and as a reliable team player
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks
Physical: lift up to 75 lbs, climb stairs/ladders, drive golf cart, use tools
