Maintenance Technician - EPA Certified

📋 Description

• Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments
• Assist with apartment turns and make-readies
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry
• Help maintain the community's appearance: grounds, amenities, pool
• Work with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of apartment maintenance experience
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
• Strong customer service mindset
• Independent worker and reliable team player
• Able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• On-call pay: $150/week
