📋 Description

• Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments
• Assist with apartment turns and make-readies
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry
• Maintain community appearance: grounds, amenities, pool areas
• Collaborate with maintenance team to keep the property running

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years apartment/residential maintenance experience
• EPA Certification Type II or Universal
• Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair
• Strong customer service mindset
• Able to work independently while being a reliable team player
• Comfortable using Outlook and work order systems
