🎯 Requirements

At least 3 years of apartment/residential maintenance experience
EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting/repair experience
Strong customer service mindset and reliable teamwork
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Comfort with computers/work order systems and lifting up to 75 lbs
