Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments
Assist with apartment turns and make-readies
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry items
Help maintain community appearance: grounds, amenities, pool areas
Collaborate with maintenance team to keep property running smoothly

🎯 Requirements

At least 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience
EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
Strong customer service mindset and pride in work
Ability to work independently while being reliable team player
Comfortable in fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks
