Maintenance Technician - EPA Certified

📋 Description

• Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments
• Assist with apartment turns and make-readies
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry items
• Help maintain overall appearance of community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas
• Work collaboratively with maintenance team to keep property running smoothly

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• Solid hands-on HVAC troubleshooting, repair and replacement experience
• Strong customer service mindset and pride in work
• Ability to work independently while being reliable team player
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks

• On-call pay: $150/week (calls or no calls)
