Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments
Assist with apartment turns and make-readies
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry items
Maintain community appearance including grounds, amenities, and pool areas
Collaborate with maintenance team to keep property running smoothly

🎯 Requirements

At least 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience
EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
Strong customer service mindset and pride in work
Ability to work independently and as a team player
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb stairs/ladders, use hand and power tools

Pay: $22/hour and up depending on experience
On-call pay: $150/week plus $150 per holiday on-call
