📋 Description

• Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments
• Assist with apartment turns and make-readies
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry
• Help maintain community appearance including grounds, amenities, pools
• Work collaboratively with maintenance team to keep property running smoothly

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years apartment or residential maintenance experience
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
• Strong customer service mindset and pride in work
• Ability to work independently and as reliable team player
• Comfortable in fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks
