Maintenance Technician - EPA Certified

📋 Description

• Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments
• Assist with apartment turns and make-readies
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances
• Maintain community appearance including grounds, amenities, pool areas
• Work collaboratively with maintenance team to keep property running

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years apartment or residential maintenance experience
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting, repair and replacement experience
• Strong customer service mindset and pride in work
• Ability to work independently and as reliable team player
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors year-round
