📋 Description

• Complete turn/make ready process of vacant apartments
• Assist team with maintenance work orders as needed
• Maintain property grounds on a daily basis
• Help maintain community appearance: grounds, amenities, pool
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep the property running smoothly

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years apartment/residential maintenance
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal)
• HVAC troubleshooting/repair experience
• Customer service mindset and pride in your work
• Independent worker and reliable team player
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and climb stairs/ladders
