Maintenance Technician (EPA Certified) - Seasonal Temp Full Time

📋 Description

• FULL-TIME TEMPORARY summer role through August
• Location: Richmond, VA (Abbington West End)
• Complete turn/make-ready of vacant apartments
• Assist with maintenance work orders and tasks
• Maintain property grounds and community areas
• Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm; optional on-call

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years' apartment/residential maintenance
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal)
• HVAC troubleshooting/repair experience
• Strong customer service mindset
• Independent worker and reliable team player
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

🎁 Benefits

• Pay: $24.50/hr+ depending on experience
• Stay Bonus: $100 after 30/60/90 days
• Optional rotating on-call schedule with bonus
• Potential to convert to permanent role
