📋 Description

• Complete turn/make-ready process of vacant apartments
• Assist team with maintenance work orders
• Maintain property grounds daily
• Maintain appearance of the community incl. amenities and pools
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) and HVAC troubleshooting/repair
• Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
• Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks
• Background check required
