Maintenance Technician I - (12hr Day Shift)

📋 Description

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facility.
• Assist operators with minor maintenance to optimize uptime.
• Troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues and test equipment.
• Lead or assist local Engineering upgrades and projects.
• Maintain repair/calibration records and consumables usage.
• Communicate problems to support groups and escalate as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Mechanical or electronic coursework preferred.
• Strong mechanical reasoning; fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication with operators and teams.
• Ability to interpret performance data for improvements.
• Lock out tag out and hot work knowledge.
• Physically capable: lift up to 40 lbs; flexible schedule.
