Perform routine and preventive maintenance and repairs; emergency service as needed.
HVAC tasks: clean furnace/AC screens; oil motors and moving parts.
Assist with cleaning, janitorial duties; move equipment/furniture.
Inspect and coordinate work by outside contractors.
Maintain equipment, tools and the maintenance office.
Pest control: inspect, treat, and prevent infestation.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma/GED; 1+ years maintenance experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools and safety practices.
Experience in non-profit/human service setting helpful.
California Class C driver's license and clean driving record.
OSHA training, First Aid/CPR, NERT, or Incident Command helpful.
Strong verbal skills and basic MS Office skills.
