Maintenance Technician III

📋 Description

• Independently diagnose and repair complex electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and
• Troubleshoot industrial electrical systems including 24VDC, 120VAC, 208/240VAC, and 480VAC
• Troubleshoot motors, VFDs, relays, sensors, and safety circuits
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder diagrams, mechanical drawings, and pneumatic
• Troubleshoot automated manufacturing and packaging equipment
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong electrical troubleshooting experience on industrial manufacturing equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot 480V three-phase industrial electrical systems
• Strong understanding of electrical controls, motors, VFDs, relays, contactors, sensors, and safety
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and ladder diagrams
• Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled manufacturing equipment
