Maintenance Technician III (HVAC Controls)

📋 Description

• Maintains the function of department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality standards are
• Assists in root cause investigation and reliability centered maintenance analysis.
• Trains lower-level technicians on more advanced tasks.
• Is proficient in multiple skilled trade disciplines and creates or edits maintenance job plans.
• Assists cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization.
• Supports continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• HS diploma with 10+ yrs experience or Relevant Certificate with 5+ yrs experience or Associates
• CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent accreditation desired.
• Knowledge and ability to use advanced tools (i.e., machine tools, diagnostic tools, predictive
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows).
• Must have experience with Siemens controls systems / BAS, specifically Insight or Desigo.
