Maintenance Technician III (HVAC Controls)

📋 Description

• Independently perform Senior level technical support within the maintenance department
• Train lower-level Technicians on more advanced tasks
• Maintain the function of department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality standards are
• Assist in root cause investigation and reliability centered maintenance analysis
• Capable of training others on tasks
• Proficient in multiple skilled trade disciplines and creates or edits maintenance job plans

🎯 Requirements

• HS diploma with 10+ yrs. Experience or Relevant Certificate with 5+ yrs. experience or Associates
• CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent accreditation desired
• Knowledge and ability to use advanced tools (i.e. machine tools, diagnostic tools, predictive tools)
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows)
• Must have experience with Siemen's controls systems / BAS. Specifically, Insight or Desigo
• Variable Frequency Drives
