📋 Description

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Follow AIR’s process for basic apartment turns for move-ins.
• Complete resident repairs and routine maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
• May guide fellow Maintenance Technicians and train staff.
• Assist with vendor quality and move-in/out inspections.
• Responsibilities vary by team, community needs, and season.

• Detail-oriented problem solver who fixes things right the first time.
• Dedicated to customer satisfaction in every interaction.
• Eager to use technology to help residents daily.
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in at least two trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
• Flexible schedule; evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
