📋 Description

• Independently perform Senior level support within the maintenance department.
• Trains lower-level Technicians on more advanced tasks.
• Drives technical, safety, and process improvement efforts using a variety of industry methods.
• Adhere to Abbvie's code of conduct
• Maintains the function of department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality standards are
• Works closely with Department Reliability Engineering regarding; Maintenance Program development

🎯 Requirements

• HS diploma with 10+ yrs. experience or College degree, college certificate, or formal
• CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent accreditation desired
• Intermediate skills with MS Windows.
• Knowledge and ability to use advanced tools (machine tools, diagnostic tools, predictive tools)
• Electrical skills and knowledge required
• Knowledgeable in electrical systems up to 3 phase 480V
