Maintenance Technician - Las Brisas

📋 Description

• Perform general maintenance tasks, including appliance repair, basic electrical, HVAC, plumbing
• Maintain the exterior curb appeal of the community and ensure the cleanliness of the grounds.
• Assist with daily upkeep of pools, spas, laundry rooms, recreation areas, rental offices
• Ensure apartments are rent-ready within 3-5 days of vacancy.
• Respond promptly and professionally to tenant service requests, ensuring efficient resolution
• Maintain accurate inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of hands-on maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting).
• General computer skills, including operating a mobile device required.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Superior customer service skills including the ability to manage difficult customers and/or
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
