• Detail‑oriented problem solver who fixes things right the first time
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction in every interaction
• Eager to use technology to assist residents daily
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience (facilities/building)
• Basic skills in two or more trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances)
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and on‑call shifts
