Maintenance Technician (Make Ready) - 3 Month Temp Full Time

📋 Description

• Complete turn/make-ready process of vacant apartments.
• Assist maintenance work orders as needed.
• Maintain property grounds daily.
• Improve appearance of community incl. grounds, amenities, pool.
• Full-time, 40 hours/week, Mon–Fri 8:00am–5:00pm.
• Temporary assignment through Oct 2; potential to extend or go permanent.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year apartment/residential maintenance experience.
• EPA certification Type II or Universal a plus.
• HVAC troubleshooting/repair experience a plus.
• Outlook and work order systems experience.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and climb stairs/ladders.
• Background check required.
