Maintenance Technician - Make Ready

📋 Description

• Complete turn/make-ready process for vacant apartments
• Assist team with maintenance work orders as needed
• Maintain property grounds on a daily basis
• Maintain community appearance: grounds, amenities, pool
• Collaborate with maintenance team to keep property running smoothly

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of apartment/residential maintenance experience
• EPA Type II or Universal certification is a plus
• HVAC troubleshooting/repair experience a plus
• No HVAC cert required if willing to train toward certification
• Strong customer service mindset and team player
• Comfortable using Outlook and work order systems
