Complete turn/make-ready process of vacant apartments
Assist team with maintenance work orders as needed
Maintain property grounds on a daily basis
Help maintain overall appearance of the community, including grounds and pool areas
Collaborate with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly

🎯 Requirements

1 year apartment/residential maintenance experience
No HVAC certification required if willing to train toward certification
EPA certification (Type II or Universal) and HVAC troubleshooting/repair experience a plus
Strong customer service mindset
Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks
