📋 Description

• Complete turn/make ready process of vacant apartments
• Assist maintenance work orders as needed
• Maintain property grounds daily
• Help preserve community appearance: amenities and pool
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to keep operations smooth

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of apartment/residential maintenance experience
• EPA Type II or Universal certification; hands-on HVAC exp is a plus
• No HVAC cert required if you’re training toward certification
• Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
• Able to work independently and be a reliable team player
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks
