Maintenance Technician - Make Ready

📋 Description

• Complete turn/make-ready of vacant apartments
• Assist with maintenance work orders
• Maintain property grounds daily
• Maintain community appearance: grounds, amenities, pool
• Collaborate with the team to keep the property running smoothly
• Full-time schedule with rotating on-call

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year apartment/residential maintenance experience
• No HVAC cert required if willing to train toward certification
• EPA Type II or Universal cert a plus
• Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting/repair experience a plus
• Strong customer service mindset and pride in work
• Able to work independently and as a team
