Maintenance Technician - Make Ready

📋 Description

• Complete turn/make ready process of vacant apartments
• Assist maintenance work orders as needed
• Maintain property grounds daily (grounds, amenities, pool areas)
• Help maintain overall appearance of the community
• Work with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly
• Participate in rotating emergency on-call schedule

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of apartment/residential maintenance experience
• No HVAC certification required if willing to train toward certification
• EPA Type II or Universal certification is a plus (HVAC troubleshooting)
• Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
• Able to work independently and as a reliable team player
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks
