Maintenance Technician - Make Ready

📋 Description

• Complete turn/make ready process of vacant apartments
• Assist team with maintenance work orders as needed
• Maintain property grounds daily with the team
• Help maintain appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas
• Work with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience
• No HVAC certification required if you are willing to train toward certification
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) and hands-on HVAC troubleshooting / repair experience is a plus!
• Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
• Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks
