Complete turn/make ready of vacant apartments
Assist with maintenance work orders as needed
Maintain property grounds on a daily basis
Maintain the overall appearance of the community, including amenities and pool areas
Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly

🎯 Requirements

At least 1 year of apartment/residential maintenance experience
No HVAC certification required if willing to train toward certification
EPA Type II/Universal certification a plus; HVAC troubleshooting/repair experience
Strong customer service mindset
Ability to work independently and as a team
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; prioritize tasks
