Maintenance Technician - Make Ready

📋 Description

• Complete turn/make ready process of vacant apartments
• Assist team with maintenance work orders as needed
• Maintain property grounds daily
• Help maintain appearance of community, amenities, and pool areas
• Collaborate with maintenance team to keep property running smoothly

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience
• No HVAC certification required if you train toward certification
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) and hands-on HVAC experience is a plus
• Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
• Ability to work independently while being a reliable team member
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks

🎁 Benefits

• Sign-on bonus: $1,500 (interview details)
• Pay: $19/hr to start; $20/hr with EPA cert
• On-call pay: $150/wk + $150 holiday
