Complete turn/make ready process of vacant apartments
Assist maintenance work orders as needed
Maintain property grounds on a daily basis
Help maintain appearance of the community including amenities and pool areas
Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly

🎯 Requirements

1+ year apartment/residential maintenance experience
No HVAC certification required if willing to train
EPA Type II or Universal certification and HVAC troubleshooting experience a plus
Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks

🎁 Benefits

Pay: starting at $19/hour; $20/hour with EPA cert
$1,500 sign-on bonus
On-call pay: $150/week plus $150/holiday
Quarterly bonus: Up to $980
