Maintenance Technician - Make Ready

📋 Description

• Complete turn/make-ready of vacant apartments
• Assist with maintenance work orders as needed
• Maintain property grounds daily
• Maintain appearance of the community (grounds, amenities, pool)
• Work with the maintenance team to keep property running smoothly

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of apartment/residential maintenance experience
• No HVAC certification required if willing to train
• EPA Type II or Universal certification a plus
• Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
• Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks
