Maintenance Technician - Make Ready

📋 Description

• Complete turn/make ready process of vacant apartments
• Assist team with maintenance work orders as needed
• Maintain property grounds on a daily basis
• Help maintain appearance of the community, including amenities and pool areas
• Work collaboratively with maintenance team to keep property running smoothly

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience
• No HVAC certification required if willing to train toward certification
• EPA Type II or Universal certification plus HVAC troubleshooting is a plus
• Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
• Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks

Physical & Technical Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable using computers and mobile devices (Outlook, work order systems)
• Ability to drive a golf cart
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors year-round
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders
• Experience using hand and power tools
