📋 Description

• Complete turn/make-ready for vacant apartments.
• Assist maintenance work orders as needed.
• Maintain property grounds daily.
• Preserve appearance of community, amenities, and pool.
• Collaborate with maintenance team to keep property running smoothly.
• Participate in rotating on-call emergency schedule.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of apartment/residential maintenance experience.
• No HVAC certification required if willing to train toward certification.
• EPA Type II or Universal HVAC certification and troubleshooting a plus.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks.
