Maintenance Technician - Make Ready

📋 Description

• Complete turn/make-ready for vacant apartments
• Assist team with maintenance work orders as needed
• Maintain property grounds on a daily basis
• Help maintain community appearance: grounds, amenities, pool
• Collaborate with maintenance team to keep property running smoothly

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year apartment/residential maintenance exp
• No HVAC cert required if willing to train
• EPA Type II or Universal cert a plus
• Strong customer service mindset
• Independent worker but reliable team player
• Able to lift 75 lbs; climb stairs/ladders

🎁 Benefits

• Pay: $19/hr starting; $20/hr with EPA cert
• On-call: $150/week; $150 per holiday
