Maintenance Technician - Make Ready

📋 Description

• Complete turn/make ready process of vacant apartments
• Assist team with maintenance work orders as needed
• Work with team to maintain property grounds on a daily basis
• Help maintain appearance of community, including grounds, amenities, pool areas
• Work collaboratively with maintenance team to keep property running smoothly

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience
• No HVAC certification required; willing to train and work towards getting certified
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) and HVAC experience a plus
• Strong customer service mindset and pride in work
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors year-round
• Experience using hand and power tools
