Complete turn/make ready process of vacant apartments
Assist with maintenance work orders as needed
Maintain property grounds on a daily basis
Help maintain the appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas
Collaborate with maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly

🎯 Requirements

1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience
EPA Type II or Universal certification is a plus
HVAC troubleshooting/repair experience is a plus
Strong customer service mindset
Able to work independently while being a reliable team player
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
