📋 Description

• Complete turn/make ready process of vacant apartments
• Assist team with maintenance work orders as needed
• Maintain property grounds daily with the team
• Help maintain community appearance including grounds, amenities, and pool areas
• Collaborate with maintenance team to keep property running smoothly

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience
• No HVAC certification/experience required
• EPA Type II or Universal certification; HVAC troubleshooting a plus
• Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
• Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks
