📋 Description

• Work at Mariner's Cove, a 500-unit community in San Diego, CA.
• Turn apartments for new move-ins and resolve service requests.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Provide guidance and training to other maintenance techs.
• Assist with vendor quality and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Duties vary by team, system, and season.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in facilities or buildings.
• Proficient in two trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
• Flexible schedule incl. evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
• Reliable transportation to respond after-hours emergencies.
• Detail-oriented and fixes things right the first time.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.
