📋 Description

• Perform property maintenance including preventive, corrective, and emergency tasks.
• Service appliances, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pool, custodial work as needed.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and grounds; stock pet stations.
• Assist in pool/spa maintenance, laundry, recreation, and common areas.
• Maintain high standards of resident service; ensure clean, safe, well-maintained communities.
• Ensure apartments are prepared after move-outs and complete turnover inspections.

🎯 Requirements

• Property maintenance experience; 1-year certificate or 2 years related experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; regular travel to properties.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude; good communication and tech savvy.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Commitment to safety and PPE guidelines.
