📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and teammates
• Complete apartment turns that create an exceptional move-in experience
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, carpentry, and general maintenance
• Complete service requests efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
• Perform preventative maintenance and support the overall appearance and functionality of the
• Assist with move-in and move-out inspections

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily housing, facilities maintenance
• Hands-on experience in at least two skilled trades, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with a commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support community needs
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, rotating on-call shifts, and seasonal schedules as needed
• Reliable transportation to respond to emergency service requests while on-call
